We at MSC Nutrition® have so much confidence in our products that we offer a 30 day guarantee.
Providing you have purchased the product it can be returned. We will dispose of the item and either exchange it for another of equal value or refund you in full.

WHAT CAN I RETURN?
We offer a 30 day exchange guarantee.
Full refunds will only be given on products that are returned in their original containers and the tamper evident seal is not broken.
Refunds and exchanges will only be given on products returned to us within 30 days from receipt of order.
If you purchase products which are part of our bundles or product offers or via our discount code promotions, provided you’ve only used a very small amount and all other items still have the tamper evident seal, intact you will be refunded according to the discount that was applied to the offer. However, the refund offered for the used product will be given on a proportionate basis, which will reflect how much had been used.
No refunds will be given on –
Products that are out of date
Further exchanges will on exchanges or returns
MSC Nutrition® refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN?
If you are returning a product because of an error by our team, all costs will be financed by us.
If returning the product yourself we advise that you use a tracked service. We cannot be held responsible for lost returns which result from your choice of carrier. Please ensure that you keep your proof of return receipt until you have received an email from us confirming that we have processed the return and refunded you.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please email our customer services team – teammsc@mscnutrition.co.uk with your Order ID and details of the product(s) and reason(s) for return.
We will provide you with a returns number and address details of where to return your parcel.
Please allow 28 working days for your refund/exchange to be processed.
CAN I CHOOSE A DELIVERY DAY?
Unfortunately we can’t provide a nominated day delivery service at present. In most cases, UK mainland orders sent via Express Delivery should arrive the following working day if the order is placed before the order cut-off time countdown.
DO YOU DELIVER TO MY PART OF THE UK?
We deliver to all postal locations in the UK, with the exception of PO Box numbers. Some UK postcodes incur an increased delivery charge.
WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?
Our courier services provide next day delivery for most parts of the UK. These services are available for orders placed before 2.00pm Monday – Thursday, Friday before 12 noon will be delivered on the Monday and cost £3.98. Delivery is Monday-Friday, but excludes Bank Holidays and Weekends. Please note, we pride ourselves on our delivery customer service, however we cannot guarantee next day delivery, due factors outside our control with our Couriers.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M OUT WHEN THE COURIER TRIES TO DELIVER?
The courier will leave you a card which will explain what to do next. Please contact them directly to arrange a redeliver at your convenience or a collection from the courier depot.
DO YOU DELIVER IN THE EVENING?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer evening delivery slots at present. Some couriers may choose to deliver later into the evening, but this is not a guaranteed service.
MY DELIVERY HASN’T ARRIVED WITHIN THE GIVEN TIME SLOT. WHAT SHALL I DO?
Please track your order with the courier, using the link on the email we have sent you to confirm despatch or via the My Account section of the website. If you have any further queries, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
MY DELIVERY HAS ARRIVED BUT THERE WAS AN ITEM MISSING?
Please check your order in the My Account section of the website to confirm that you purchased the item and check your email (and spam folder) to see if we sent you an email advising you that an item was out of stock. If not, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PARCEL ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We take every effort to ensure parcels are packed carefully to minimise damage. However, unfortunately sometimes damage can occur in transit. If this happens, you are able to refuse delivery of your parcel when the courier delivers it to your door, and we will pay for its collection from them. If you’ve already received a parcel and found that it’s damaged, please contact us immediately at teammsc@mscnutrition.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
WHY CAN’T I SPECIFY A TIME FOR DELIVERY?
Unfortunately our couriers don’t yet offer this service. However, you will be notified my text message or email with a 15 minute window for your delivery.
CAN I SEND AN ORDER TO MORE THAN ONE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Yes, you can, but you’ll need to place separate orders and pay the delivery costs on each one.
WHY DO YOU USE SO MUCH PACKAGING FOR YOUR DELIVERIES?
We want to ensure that your order arrives safely, but we use the minimum amount of packaging that ensures that it gets to you without any damage. All packaging is recyclable and we advise you do this.
CAN I HAVE A REFUND FOR MY DELIVERY CHARGE, AS THE ITEM DIDN’T SHOW UP WITHIN THE AGREED TIMESCALES?
Unless you pay for Express delivery we cannot guarantee any specific date. For orders placed under the Express service, we will refund the cost paid for delivery if there has not been a successful delivery or attempted delivery within the stated timescales. Please contact us immediately.
DO YOU DELIVER ON BANK HOLIDAYS?
No, at the moment, our couriers do not usually deliver on Bank Holidays.
CAN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS BE DIFFERENT TO THE BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes, you can set up a number of delivery addresses within your online account and they do not have to match your billing address. Please note that we may need to do some additional security checks.
IS A SIGNATURE NEEDED FOR DELIVERY?
Yes, a signature may be required for delivery, so please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel between 8.00am and 6.00pm.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?
We may be able to change the address within the first 30 minutes of placing your order, however we can’t guarantee this.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE UK (EUROPE)?
Yes, the postage & packaging shipping cost for European Countries will appear at the Shopping Cart/Checkout stage of your purchase.
