Creatine has been shown to be an effective cell volumiser which
enables muscle cells to become super-hydrated. Once muscle cells
enter this state, an improved environment for muscle growth is created.
This is due to an increase in protein synthesis leading to gains in muscle
size, strength and power.
Creatine increases the levels of ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) stores
within muscle cells. ATP is required in the production of energy fueling
muscular contractions. Elevated ATP levels enable additional muscle
contractions to be produced, delaying the onset of fatigue. Creatine
also improves recovery time in between sets of maximum effort
outputs, ultimately leading to improved endurance and performance.
|DIRECTIONS FOR USE|
|For maximum benefits: initially saturate muscle cells with a loading phase of 20-25g (4-5 scoops) per day for 5-7 days before reducing dosage to 5-10g (1-2 scoops) per day. |
Split your servings throughout the day with optimum timings being first thing in the morning and immediately post exercise.
Alternatively take 5-10g (1-2 scoops) immediately post exercise.
